Brandt seeks a Foreman for its Service department in Nanaimo, British Columbia. This full time role coordinates technician workloads, supports quality repairs, and recommends skills, performance, and training needs to the Service Manager. The work includes customer communication, service documentation, safety, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities: Assign service jobs and work orders according to technician skills
Provide quotes, estimates, and repair-process communication to customers
Review repairs, guide diagnostics, and approve equipment release
Coordinate technician training, tooling, and quarterly safety meetings




Support Service Manager duties during absences and bill available time
Requirements: Three or more years as a Service Technician
Journeyperson certification considered an asset
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
Microsoft Office and standard desktop application proficiency
Communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and service finance understanding
Bring service leadership, repair coordination, and technician coaching skills to Brandt’s construction and forestry department in Nanaimo.
