Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, Employee Relations, this temporary, full time HR Advisor supports the Copper Mountain Mine. The position focuses on policy interpretation, investigations, performance management, training, and HRIS administration. It builds organizational capability through effective leadership guidance and documented employee development paths.
Key Responsibilities: Guide policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Lead investigations, interviews, findings, and corrective action advice
Maintain performance review timelines, compliance, and quality standards




Administer SAP SuccessFactors performance module implementation
Coach managers on career conversations and development plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Three or more years in human resources business functions
Experience with HRIS systems and computer applications
Employee relations, training, and performance management experience preferred
Valid British Columbia Class 5 or 7N driver’s license
Bring employee relations, HRIS, investigation, and performance management expertise to Hudbay’s Copper Mountain Mine team.
