The Corporate Accountant manages daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes within a hospitality and restaurant group. Responsibilities include period-end reporting, journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and tax remittances. The role supports financial integrity through collaboration with property-level and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities: Perform month-end closing and post journal entries
Prepare reconciliations and follow up outstanding items
Analyze variances against budget and prior year
Prepare financial reporting packages and management analyses
Participate in internal and external audits
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation or progress preferred
Three to five years of full-cycle accounting experience
Knowledge of IFRS or ASPE
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
