A&W; seeks an experienced leader for its restaurant at 522 Welland Ave, St. Catharines. The Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager manages staff, controls labour and food costs, and helps achieve restaurant targets. This position also supports inventory management and daily operations while representing the A&W; brand.
Key Responsibilities: Manage staff to achieve restaurant targets and standards
Monitor and control labour and food costs
Coach employees on excellent A&W; customer service
Support employees on the restaurant floor each shift
Ensure food safety regulations are followed consistently
Requirements: Experience as a fun and effective leader
Eligibility to work in Canada
Ability to hire, retain, and terminate employees
Capacity to handle stressful situations
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours
Bring leadership, cost control, coaching, and food safety experience to A&W; restaurant operations in St. Catharines.
