This Intermediate Analyst position focuses on keeping ServiceNow secure, reliable, and properly configured. You will support upgrades, patches, releases, configuration movement, validation, and incident, problem, and change activities. Collaboration with developers and architects supports issues requiring specialized expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Support platform maintenance, upgrades, patches, and releases
Test and validate changes across ServiceNow environments
Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis
Maintain configuration integrity and platform data quality
Document procedures,



technical information, and knowledge articles
Requirements: Two or more years of ServiceNow administration or related technical experience
Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations
Experience troubleshooting and resolving platform issues
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management
Ability to manage routine and moderately complex work independently
Bring ServiceNow support, release, testing, and troubleshooting experience to strengthen WestJet’s platform operations and service reliability.
