Support patients in their homes and communities as a part-time Personal Support Worker with ParaMed across Northern Ontario locations.
This PSW role supports independence through daily living assistance, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. You will work within care plans while providing compassionate support in patient residences and community settings. Training and development programs are available.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Provide companionship that supports quality of life
Encourage independence in homes and community settings
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate and caring approach with patients
Reliability and flexibility
Valid G or G2 licence with vehicle access
Transparent Vulnerable Sector Screen
Bring personal care, meal preparation, and compassionate companionship to ParaMed patients across Kirkland Lake and surrounding communities.
