This hands-on position addresses technical and production challenges across customer operations. You will assess equipment, carton quality, and packaging requirements. Collaboration with Operations, Quality, Sales, and Design supports effective manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Assess customer processes, equipment, and packaging requirements
Determine optimal manufacturing approaches for customer needs
Support automated and replacement equipment transitions
Coordinate trials, start-ups, and new product introductions




Identify cost-saving and continuous-improvement opportunities
Requirements: Hands-on plant, production, or manufacturing operations understanding
Robust technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Translate customer requirements into manufacturing solutions
Communicate effectively across internal functional teams
Use standard business software and reporting systems
Use corrugating, converting, and carton manufacturing expertise to support customer performance and Atlantic Packaging operations.
