Manage devices, security baselines, and employee access for HONK’s hybrid Toronto-based SaaS environment, with macOS endpoint expertise central.
This hands-on individual contributor role reports to HONK’s Head of Infrastructure and serves as the first dedicated in-house IT hire. You will manage device lifecycle operations, endpoint management, Google Workspace, and security implementation. Your work supports employees across a 70-person company.
Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement, enrollment, updates, repairs, and device refreshes
Securely wipe returned devices throughout lifecycle management
Implement encryption, screen lock, and EDR health baselines
Administer mobile application management initiatives
Maintain asset inventory, runbooks, and IT documentation
Requirements: Two to four years of IT administration or support experience
Hands-on macOS-first endpoint management experience
Familiarity with Iru, Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle
Enough Windows familiarity to support exceptions
Solid documentation habits and careful attention to detail
Apply endpoint management, device lifecycle, and security administration skills to HONK’s Toronto-based corporate IT function.
