The Loan IQ Technology Analyst liaises between business users and development teams. This position supports Loan IQ BAU activities, upgrade planning, regression testing, and current functionality validation. You will coordinate communication, specifications, workshops, and testing efforts across business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze requirements for the Loan IQ upgrade project
Convert business requirements into clear IT specifications
Document specifications and testing-related information
Design and document testing and quality assurance plans
Coordinate workshops and user acceptance testing sessions
Requirements: Experience with the Loan IQ platform and functionality
Knowledge of testing and defect life cycle processes
Exposure to syndicated loan business knowledge
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Basic SQL programming experience for testing purposes
Use Loan IQ, SQL, testing, and analytical skills to coordinate upgrades, validation, and production support in Mississauga.
