This Early Childhood Educator delivers National YMCA Child Care and Provincial curriculum programming for children aged 0-12. You will facilitate activities, document development, communicate with parents, and follow licensing requirements. The position also supports new Educators through assistance and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement YMCA-approved curriculum supporting children’s development
- Facilitate creative activities and positive social interactions
- Observe and document development and behavior
- Communicate daily with parents about child development
- Support and mentor recent Educators

Requirements:

- Level 1 Child Care Certification or progress toward certification
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
- Tablet and Microsoft Word experience
