Account Manager, Small Business — TD Bank

Location: Pierrefonds, Quebec
Work arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role

Build and expand relationships with small business clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored information and advice. Develop local business relationships and referrals to support business growth and deliver a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and grow customer relationships and network with local business leaders to generate business opportunities.
- Understand small business customers’ needs and identify suitable information and advice.
- Work with branch banking, commercial banking, and wealth partners to connect customers with relevant advice and resources.




- Keep current on business trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

- University degree and/or relevant entry-level work experience.
- Accounting or finance coursework is an asset, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients.
- Business development and prospecting skills.
- Mobility to work in Pierrefonds.

For Quebec-based work, proficiency in a language other than French is required to support clients who need service in another language.
