You will process approved applicants, manage client correspondence, and provide administrative assistance to Management. Key Responsibilities:

- Process loan applications and approved applicants accurately and promptly
- Communicate application updates, documentation needs, and next steps
- Verify loan data against source documents and enter records
- Support BridgePoint Portal access, passwords,



and basic navigation
- Investigate loan issues and resolve unusual transactions appropriately

Requirements:

- Two or more years of customer service or administrative experience
- Business college or university degree preferred
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Robust written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and learn tools quickly
