At Shoppers Drug Mart, this technician supports prescription preparation, pharmacy administration, and daily operations. Responsibilities include receiving recent and repeat orders, processing refill requests, entering and maintaining pharmacy-system data, and filing completed documentation. You will also answer telephones, manage incoming faxes, adjudicate third-party billing, and refer appropriate matters to pharmacists.
