CHEO's Office of I-IDEAS seeks an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Specialist to advance IDEA initiatives across the organization. You will develop resources to address systemic barriers, analyze IDEA data, and lead trainings and policy development to improve care and staff experiences.
You will collaborate with management, clinicians, learners, and community partners to implement CHEO’s IDEA roadmap and accessibility plans, fostering an equitable workplace and patient care workplace.
