Lead daily retail operations at Bulk Barn through cash handling, staff supervision, and store opening and closing responsibilities. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Store Supervisor supports every aspect of daily business operations. Responsibilities include balancing tills, operating the POS system, managing orders, receiving deliveries, and maintaining service standards. The role also coaches employees, delegates tasks, and supports workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close the store, including arming store alarms
Count tills, conduct protected audits, and prepare deposits
Operate cash registers and Supervisor POS functions
Receive orders and track received item expiry dates
Coach staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards
Requirements: High school education or equivalent
One to three years of retail experience
One year supervising a team
Intermediate communication skills
Flexible availability Monday through Sunday
