The HR Generalist supports Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and WSIB programs across TRCA. You will advise managers, assist employees, and contribute to learning, development, perks, and wellness initiatives. The position also supports return-to-work planning and related HR projects.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to complex illness and injury inquiries
Manage STD and LTD claims through established processes
Lead WSIB claims and return-to-work plans
Coordinate medical accommodations and modified work
Support wellness learning and development initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
Three or more years of relevant HR experience
Experience managing disability and return-to-work protocols
Ontario Class G2 driver's license
Knowledge of accessibility legislation and MS Office
