This hands-on technical owner supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through core business systems. You will collaborate with business partners, interpret data from multiple sources, and recommend technology or process solutions. The role reports to the Lead, Business Systems.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners on technical and process solutions
Collect, combine, and interpret data from multiple sources
Support effective use of business systems
Develop reports and dashboards for decision-making
Implement data integrity and change management procedures




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Business, or Computer Science preferred
Three or more years of Salesforce and NetSuite administration
Experience integrating third-party applications with Salesforce
Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Channel Operations workflows
Experience designing and optimizing approval workflows and reports
Use business acumen, explicit communication, and technical execution to improve eSentire’s systems, reporting, and stakeholder processes.
