CEC Entertainment seeks an Assistant Manager to support teams across a family dining and entertainment business. You will manage time, cleanliness, product standards, guest service, cost control, inventory, financials, and labor. The position also develops employees and supports secure, clean operations.
Key Responsibilities: Make daily staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and service decisions
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members
Coach teams delivering safe, clean, outstanding guest service
Manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
Complete rotations across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
Requirements: Work 40 hours weekly
High-school diploma or GED
At least 21 years old
One year managing people, preferably in food service
Coaching, communication, composure, resourcefulness, and integrity
Bring management, team development, and guest service skills to Chuck E. Cheese’s family dining operations.
