As a Personal Finance Advisor, you support individual members and businesses with advice suited to their financial situations. You listen to needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and balance satisfaction, objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. You also work with partners and experts on integrated strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain lasting member and client relationships
Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Advise on strategies and identify expected results
Assess satisfaction and service quality, then follow up
Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Interpersonal savvy and customer focus
Bring financial advice, relationship management, and product expertise to Desjardins members, clients, and business communities.
