Reporting to the General Manager or designate, this manager supports older adults and families choosing retirement living accommodation, care, and services. The position connects with residents, prospects, families, and community partners while pursuing occupancy and revenue goals. Community outreach, sales, marketing, and customer service are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed occupancy and revenue targets with site leadership
Drive qualified leads through promotion, advertising, and online engagement
Conduct personal visits with prospects and families




Build referral relationships with community partners
Maintain the community database and timely follow-up
Requirements: Minimum three years of sales and customer service experience
Previous senior housing experience is an asset
Pass the applicable vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
Reliable transportation and ability to travel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Bring sales, outreach, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior living communities, families, and occupancy goals.
