Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations enhancements at AIM through accounting expertise, requirements analysis, and ERP collaboration. Work directly with users and IT.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial ERP, this analyst translates Finance needs into system configurations and process changes. The work covers D365 accounting operations, integrations, financial accuracy, controls, and compliance. You will recommend solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support developments with the IT ERP team.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze D365 accounting operations, configuration, and system integrations
Diagnose process weaknesses and recommend enhancement solutions
Evaluate feasibility, impacts, and prioritization across the project portfolio




Prepare Finance requirements and functional specifications
Support analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and maintenance
Requirements: Minimum two to three years of work experience
Solid knowledge of accounting operations and principles
Financial ERP experience; Microsoft D365 F&O; experience is an asset
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Apply accounting, D365 F&O;, and stakeholder collaboration skills to improve AIM’s Finance systems, controls, and operational accuracy.
