Operate SCADA systems for Enbridge Gas in a safety-critical control centre role managing natural gas storage, transmission, and distribution. Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
As a Gas Controller, you will support safe, reliable operations across Enbridge Gas systems. The position involves hydraulic evaluations, gas supply and demand monitoring, emergency response, and market supply forecasting. You will also coordinate with pipeline control centres, field personnel, customers, and scheduling groups.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control gas systems through real-time SCADA
Evaluate hydraulic conditions and maintain system capacities
Respond to abnormal and emergency operating conditions
Forecast and adjust market supply requirements




Maintain relationships with control centres and operational partners
Requirements: Technical college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
One year direct Control Room Operator experience required
Two years natural gas operations or industrial controls experience accepted
Solid communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and team skills
Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure independently
Bring SCADA monitoring, emergency response, and natural gas operations experience to Enbridge Gas as a Gas Controller.
