This Manufacturing Supervisor role leads day-to-day operations in a heavy industrial environment and supports production targets across multiple shifts. You will delegate work, monitor labor and resources, and report safety, production, and equipment status. The role also develops Team Leaders and production employees through coaching and continuous learning.
