This GFL position focuses on inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding company-owned heavy-duty diesel trucks and related equipment. You will support fleet reliability through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and accurate administrative work. The role also involves safety compliance, parts coordination, and fleet maintenance software.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and thorough repairs
Complete work orders, reports, and parts requests
Schedule repairs using the M5 planner
Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
Requirements: Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
Minimum one year of diesel mechanic experience
Experience with diagnostic software is a solid asset
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn systems
Ability to satisfy safety-sensitive company standards
Use your 310T license, diagnostic skills, and diesel repair experience to keep GFL’s fleet reliable and compliant.
