A high school diploma or GED equivalent and previous grain operations experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Perform inspection activities, including probing trucks
Operate grain handling equipment at truck dumps




Operate receiving equipment during grain deliveries
Complete general housekeeping activities around grain operations
Clean up grain bins as required
Requirements: Minimal job-related experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Previous grain operations experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
Support The Andersons grain operations through truck inspection, equipment operation, housekeeping, and protected physical work.
