As Branch Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct floor-level fulfillment for Cornerstone Building Brands’ Mitten location. The work includes shipping-plan execution, carrier coordination, inventory control, warehouse labor leadership, and issue resolution. Your decisions support customer commitments through accurate, timely physical fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Execute daily picking, staging, and shipping activities
Translate approved shipping plans into execution priorities
Coordinate carrier pickups and outbound logistics execution
Direct warehouse associates and set performance expectations




Document root causes and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Two to four years in warehouse or distribution operations
Demonstrated leadership skills and workplace safety commitment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to lift materials as required
Building materials or distribution experience preferred
