Support seniors through daily living care at Bradford Valley Community in Bradford, Ontario, using compassion, bedside care, and respectful communication.
As a permanent part time Personal Support Worker, you will support residents during evening shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. You will build relationships with residents and families while contributing to meaningful daily experiences. The work includes personal care, mobility assistance, cognitive support, and resident programs.
Key Responsibilities: Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
Encourage residents to use glasses, hearing aids, and sensory aids
Maintain access to walkers, canes, call bells, and assistive devices
Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support




Encourage participation in individual and group resident programs
Requirements: Completed Personal Support Worker program from an approved institution
Compassion for supporting seniors in living life fully
Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and legal Canadian work eligibility
Bring compassionate resident care, daily living assistance, and bedside support to the Long Term Care team.
