Key Responsibilities: Model and coach selling model behaviors with associates
Oversee inventory, merchandising, promotions, and signage standards
Organize backroom tasks and report stock levels
Support associate training, development, and performance coaching




Complete weekly cash office administration and reporting
Requirements: Three or more years of retail customer service experience
One to two years of supervisory experience
Accountability for sales and service targets
Solid prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
