Provide training and mentor team members
Requirements: Minimum five years in front-line manufacturing leadership
Completed high school diploma
Procedural knowledge of systems and equipment
Basic scheduling and troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to train staff and resolve conflicts
Support secure, compliant production through employee guidance, equipment checks, effective communication, and food manufacturing leadership.
