Key Responsibilities: Investigate and apply building code and design requirements
Interpret site surveys, geotechnical reports, and related information
Develop designs from concept through tender and construction




Prepare permit applications, tender documents, and specifications
Respond to information requests and review contractor submissions
Requirements: Registered P.Eng. with the PEO
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
Minimum five years of related experience
Exceptional knowledge of OBC Parts 3, 4, and 9
Knowledge of steel, wood, masonry, and concrete design codes
Bring code interpretation, structural design, and contract administration experience to wide-ranging building projects in Tillsonburg.
