PC Forge is seeking an inside sales support specialist skilled in customer communication, quotation administration, and commercial coordination.
This full-time Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator supports the growing commercial team and reports to the Inside Sales Rep / Steel Sourcing & Estimating Co-Ordinator. The position receives RFQs, maintains opportunity records, follows open quotations, and communicates order information. It also coordinates customer requests with internal manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities: Receive RFQs through portals, email, representatives, and customers
Review quotation information and maintain quotation tracking logs
Follow up on open opportunities and customer communications
Prepare sales reports, presentations,



and commercial dashboards
Support customer visits, account reviews, and development initiatives
Requirements: Three to five years in inside sales or sales support
Experience in heavy manufacturing strongly preferred
Robust verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects through completion
Ability to analyze information and prepare reports
Bring customer focus, quotation tracking, Excel reporting, and organized sales support to PC Forge’s commercial operations.
