WORKFORCE is seeking a Sales/Recruitment Account Manager to bring in current business, manage client relations, and recruit/engage placement candidates. The role covers operations, maintenance, manufacturing, equipment/machinery, and construction sectors with a remote-first setup.

You will contact clients by phone, use video conferencing for needs assessments, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver candidates on projects. English fluency is required; French is a plus.
