Homewood Health seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for its interdisciplinary mental health services. You will provide nursing care, follow patient care plans, and contribute according to CNO standards, RNAO Best Practice Guidelines, program philosophy, and diverse patient populations. The position requires collaboration with teams and individual members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care across Homewood Specialized Services units
- Receive patient assignments and follow corresponding care plans
- Administer psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications and treatments




- Initiate clinical assessments, including Mental Status Exams
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and patient conferences

Requirements:

- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and PHIPPA
- Ability to manage crises and acutely ill patients
