As a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Specialist, you will partner with leaders to strengthen capability and business performance. You will assess impacts, design practical solutions, and guide adoption. The work connects people, processes, structures, and ways of working with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead people-side change from planning through implementation and adoption
- Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder consultations
- Develop strategies aligning leaders and engaging stakeholders
- Build readiness, drive adoption, and sustain new ways of working




- Evaluate adoption and organizational impact using data and feedback

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in organizational development or related fields
- Knowledge of organizational development, design, and change management
- Experience leading complex business and enterprise change initiatives
- Robust consulting, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience
