Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Accounts Payable Electronic Files
Process expense reports and auto-debit invoices
Data entry of invoices.
May perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences of relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
Qualifications:
Administration/Accounting Diploma/Certificate
Previous experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
Experience with Microsoft D365 or Visual is an asset
Must be highly organized, accurate and be able to do basic mathematical computations with a high degree of accuracy.
