You will manage appointments, communications, Square transactions, memberships, retail purchases, and service education. The position also involves creating short-form content, supporting promotions, and collaborating with marketing. Interest in men’s grooming, skin care, and wellness is valued.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Manage bookings, calls, texts, emails, and appointments
Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases
Create Instagram Stories, Reels,



photos, and short videos
Support promotions, events, outreach, and marketing campaigns
Requirements: Reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
Excellent communication and solid organizational skills
Comfort using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and video tools
Interest in men’s grooming, skin care, and wellness
Availability Wednesday through Saturday
