This classroom-based position assists the lead teacher with preschool curriculum activities and childcare routines. You will guide behavior, prepare materials, and provide individualized support. The work also includes observing development, communicating concerns, and collaborating with staff to maintain consistent teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily preschool lessons and learning activities
Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities
Reinforce classroom rules and guide social skills

and classroom displays
Support arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, and rest time
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool Education or equivalent
TKT Training Course
Patience, empathy, and solid communication skills
Teamwork, observation, creativity, and organizational skills
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to children’s needs
