Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk reporting to the Finance Manager. You will support invoice processing, payment activities, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. The work includes SAP, IMS, BlackLine, vendor statements, and month-end accounting support.
Key Responsibilities: Match packing slips, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Enter invoices into SAP and scan documentation into IMS
Support ACH, cheque, tax payment, and payment activities
Review vendor statements, blocked items, and outstanding balances




Reconcile AP subledgers, general ledger, and assigned accounts
Requirements: College diploma with accounting experience
Accounts payable, invoice processing, or related accounting experience preferred
Robust organizational skills managing priorities and deadlines
Spreadsheet, computer application, invoicing, and accounting systems proficiency
Experience with SAP and BlackLine is an asset
Support accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments through SAP and BlackLine at Atlas Tube in Harrow.
