You will combine technical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving across a diverse property portfolio. The work includes maintenance coordination, inspections, documentation, and building infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and monitoring
Review drawings, specifications, and renovation documentation
Conduct inspections, assessments, and deficiency reporting




Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements
Requirements: Diploma in Engineering Technology or related discipline
