Description We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker Assistant to join the administrative support team of our client located in Brossard, Quebec . In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the brokerage team and contribute to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
What We Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year , depending on experience
Annual performance bonus of up to $2,500
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week , Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Three weeks of vacation per year or more, depending on experience
Four additional personal days annually

What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to the brokerage team
Prepare and draft various documents and correspondence




Update and maintain client files and records
Process invoicing and follow up on payments
Draft client letters and communications
Ensure the confidentiality of client files and sensitive information
Represent the company's image and values in all interactions
Perform other related administrative duties as required
Who You Are Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team
Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and working with a dual-monitor setup
Quick learner with strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
