Intact Financial is hiring a full time Sales and Customer Service Associate for its inbound call centre in Vancouver. The position is scheduled to start January 29, 2027. After training, the role offers a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities Advise customers on personal insurance products and help identify suitable coverage.
Answer product questions and guide customers through next steps.
Analyze customer needs and promote or cross-sell insurance products and services.
Process payment method changes and update customer accounts accurately.
Handle telephone and electronic inquiries and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience; call centre experience is preferred.
Sales and customer loyalty experience is an asset.




Ability to use multiple systems and remain calm while multitasking.
Must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam.
Must be eligible to work in Canada. English and French bilingualism is an asset.
Schedule and compensation 35 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. All Saturdays are required during the first year. Training may require in-office attendance up to four days per week.
Salary range: $47,100–$57,500 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek. The role also includes a 5% annual bonus target.
