This Analyst role supports Fitch Ratings’ global Structured Credit group and its work serving debt capital markets. You will evaluate Collateralized Loan Obligations, review models, and identify credit risks in transaction documentation. Senior analysts provide guidance as you develop rating materials and research.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate CLO transactions through proprietary analytical models
Review transaction documents for credit-risk indicators
Assist senior analysts with committee materials
Prepare and present conclusions to credit committees
Contribute to recurring and ad hoc research
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field
One or more years in the financial sector
Intellectual curiosity and solid problem-solving skills
Initiative, personal responsibility, and self-management
Ability to adapt across changing priorities
