Drive collections and recovery through billing, reconciliation, and brand coordination in a structured commercial accounts function. Maintain accurate records across recurring payment cycles.
As a Collection Executive, you will manage monthly rent, CAM, utility, and other bill follow-up with brand accounts. The work combines invoice coordination, TDS tracking, sales data management, and MIS reporting. You will also support telecaller monitoring, site audits, and recovery-related communication with brands.
Key Responsibilities: Share monthly rent, CAM, and utility invoices with brand accounts
Follow up on timely payment of rent, CAM, and bills
Send monthly outstanding reminders to brands on the 21st




Coordinate brand queries related to recovery and other jobs
Prepare weekly balance collection reports for review
Requirements: Collections and recovery experience or capability
Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation
Understanding of TDS certificates and tracking
Ability to coordinate with brands and follow up
Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Apply collections, reconciliation, brand coordination, and reporting skills across recurring invoices, payments, and recovery activities.
