Canadian Blood Services seeks a Regular part-time Donor Centre Nurse for its Collections team in the ON-Scarborough donor centre. You will support blood and blood component collection while following safety protocols and completing required documentation. The work combines donor screening, venipuncture, education, coaching, and accurate recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct registration and confidential donor eligibility screening
Perform venipuncture while monitoring donor safety and comfort
Provide post-donation care, instructions, and donation guidance
Maintain precise screening, collection,



storage, and shipment records
Coach staff and lead collection events when needed
Requirements: Accredited nursing program completion
Current Registered Nurse licence in provincial positive standing
Two years of nursing experience considered an asset
Microsoft Word and Outlook technical skills
Ability to lift supplies and equipment over 10 kilograms
