Jardeg’s Intermediate Recruiter supports Graham and affiliated workforce partners across construction-related business areas. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role recruits staff and qualified positions from Project Coordinators through Project Directors, executives, and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Advisory, and business leaders while developing sustainable pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill needs.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit staff and professional roles across five business areas
Lead consistent recruitment processes for assigned business areas
Advise leaders on effective talent attraction and selection approaches
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed,



outreach, and networking
Share market insights, sourcing approaches, and recruitment best practices
Requirements: At least five years recruiting construction staff and professional roles
Experience recruiting project, leadership, and executive-level professionals
Ability to develop pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
Strong corporate in-house recruitment and business partnership experience
Experience using SuccessFactors or similar systems and LinkedIn
