Pioneer Construction seeks dependable Heavy Equipment Operators for an assignment anticipated from September 2026 through April 2027. You will maintain safe, accessible roads, parking areas, and work sites across the winter season. Continued employment may depend on performance, operational requirements, and suitable work availability.
Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned excavators, graders, backhoes, and loaders safely
Clear snow and ice from roads, lots, and work sites
Spread salt, sand, and other de-icing materials
Complete equipment inspections, logs,



timesheets, and work orders
Attend safety meetings and maintain equipment cleanliness
Requirements: Construction or snow removal equipment operating experience
Valid G class Driver's License
Robust commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to perform physically intensive tasks and lift 50 pounds
Ability to work day and night shifts in varied weather
Bring heavy equipment operation, winter maintenance, and safety skills to Pioneer Construction's Dubreuilville contract team.
