As a Personal Banking Associate, you will understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable banking solutions and staff members. You will support recent accounts, investment advice, problem resolution, and daily branch operations. The role requires customer experience skills, sound judgement, and knowledge of banking processes.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash branch transactions
Complete accurate processes,



documentation, and regulatory requirements
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Use MS Office, branch software, and internet confidently
Understand banking solutions and processes for customer advice
Communicate courteously and effectively verbally and in writing
Bring customer service, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to TD’s personal banking team in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
