As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will manage traveller and partner inquiries. You will clarify coverage, confirm rate calculations, and explain claims processes. The work also includes cross-selling TuGo products, using partner platforms, and maintaining accurate policy knowledge while supporting customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to traveller and partner questions, problems, and changes
Clarify coverage, calculate rates, and explain available services
Sell and cross-sell TuGo travel insurance products
Answer phone inquiries about coverage and claims




Collaborate across teams and improve customer experience
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business or another discipline
Two or more years in contact centre or customer service
English plus French, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish communication skills
Level One insurance licence within one month of starting
Availability weekdays and rotating Saturdays; remote options may require Alberta or British Columbia licensing
