Requirements/JD Bring 14+ years of software engineering expertise, featuring significant tenure at a Staff/Principal level guiding distributed engineering teams.
Demonstrate deep mastery in native mobile platforms (Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android) alongside cross-platform frameworks (React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform).
Architect high-performance, offline-first mobile solutions while establishing rigorous testing standards, release engineering, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
Design, evolve, and scale resilient distributed backend systems, encompassing APIs, high-throughput event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
Champion cross-team platform direction, resolve complex architectural trade-offs, and steer strategic engineering initiatives across multiple cross-functional orgs.
Spearhead contemporary AI-driven SDLC practices, leveraging hands-on tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) while defining production guardrails and automation patterns.
Elevate engineering standards through robust code reviews, architecture governance,



comprehensive observability, and targeted mentorship of senior engineers.
Partner across product, data, security, and infra stakeholders to document, influence, and scale architectural decisions without formal authority.
