37.5 hours a week,Monday-Friday, 3 days OnSite

Join the Canadian marketing team at SAP Concur as a Marketing Coordinator. We're looking for a proactive, highly organized marketing professional to support digital campaigns, content localization, website updates, social media, and broader marketing initiatives- and can hit the ground running!

What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate content localization and marketing materials for the Canadian market.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with attention to detail.

Maintain and update website content using content management systems (Drupal experience is an asset).

Assist with social media planning, publishing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, presentations, and communications materials.

Leverage digital tools, marketing technologies, and AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and support content development.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of marketing experience, including internships, co-ops, or early-career marketing roles.





Solid organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to follow through on commitments and deliverables.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with French/English bilingualism highly preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning and utilizing new digital tools and technologies.

A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support a wide range of marketing projects.

Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, marketing automation tools, or generative AI solutions is considered an asset.
